Folio Members will collaborate with the Folio leadership team and fellow school leaders to develop their professional growth plan for the 2024-2025 school year. During this 1.5 day event, participants will create their roadmap for professional development for the year, brainstorm ideas for PD sessions, set up myFolio, and more!

Day 1 Overview
Conversations will focus on the methodology informing Folio’s implementation recommendations. Members will evaluate their school data to create a reflective implementation strategy that addresses the identified needs and desires of their teachers and administrative staff; thereby imbuing a data informed approach into their professional learning plan for the 2024-2025 school year.
Foundations of Professional Learning Excellence and Introduction to the myFolio Implementation Plan
Learn the foundational tenets for cultivating a professional growth model rooted in a culture of feedback, mutual accountability, and continual development. Examine the current state of your school's professional learning via data gathered from a pre Co-Lab faculty and staff survey.
Visioning Activity
Employ the insights gained from the previous session to articulate and examine the ideal future state of your school’s vision for professional learning.
Defining Your Vision, Setting Themes, and Building Your Team
Complete the “Defining Your Vision”, “myFolio Themes”, and “myFolio Implementation Team Planner” sections of your Implementation Plan.

Enjoy an intimate dining experience with fellow Co-Lab attendees
Day 2 Overview
Members will explore best practices for myFolio platform use and stakeholder engagement. Members will complete the remaining components of their myFolio Process Implementation Plans and engage in a feedback session to solicit outside perspectives and establish cross-collaborative connections.
myFolio Platform Tech Session
Engage in an overview of pertinent platform functions and how they can be utilized to contribute to professional growth goals. Learn how to employ the updated myFolio notes functionality to enhance your documentation of professional growth progress.
Overview of Implementation Best Practices
Learn the Folio Principles for Professional Learning Excellence and how to incorporate them into your plans for myFolio in the coming school year.
Implementation Plan Work
Spend dedicated work time to complete your myFolio Implementation Plans alongside the Folio Leadership Team and other school leaders.
Lunch
Refuel from the thoughtful work being done by enjoying lunch with fellow Co-Lab attendees.
Feedback Carousel
Give and gather feedback on your myFolio Implementation Plan. Reflect on other members’ questions, recommendations, and resources to prompt deeper thinking and contribute additional insights to enhance your plan.
